Position Summary: The Patient Services Representativewill help prepare and process account receivable invoices.
Perform and review account adjustments.
Generate and release patient statements.
Provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoicing of accounts under his or her control.
Job Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date billing system.
Generate and send out invoices.
Process adjustments and Perform account reconciliations.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Generate age analysis.
Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Assist with month-end closing.
Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
Required Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in technical data interpretation and ability to troubleshoot.
Highly organized and demonstrated ability to maintain attention to detail, along with ability to prioritize work as appropriate.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, outlook, general working knowledge of Internet for business use and skilled in operation office equipment such as fax machines and copiers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Self-Motivated
– Able to demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
High School diploma or equivalent required One to three years of experience in an account receivable and/or medical billing role.
Conditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening and reference verification.
Also, individual must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based jobs, if not currently employed by Caris Life Sciences Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree preferred.

Other: This position requires periodic travel and some evening, weekend and/or Holidays.
