Patient Service Representative – Full Time

DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Service team.

We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed.
This is a full time position in Derry, NH.

Hours are Monday – Thursday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, Fridays 9:30
– 5:30 and some Saturdays (with a week day off).
DMC Primary Care is a physician-owned, independent practice, providing comprehensive care for families for more than 55 years.

Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent
High quality customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting
Medical experience preferred
