Job Description
Corrpac Packaging and Fulfillment is seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated Sales Account Executive to grow our relationship-based business and deliver excellent customer service. This position will also work closely with our office and delivery teams to ensure positive team and customer outcomes.

This is a salaried position with a competitive benefits package. Year over year increases in paid time off, IRA employer match, and performance based variable compensation. Starting salary is based on experience.
Preference will be made for the candidate that shows an aptitude for significant interpersonal and organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities
· Be a great team member, work independently and with team members to grow sales.
· Work closely with procurement to identify and source new items for customers.
· Identify new leads and develop relationships.
· Optimize account margin.
· React and support as needed during customer emergencies.
· Maintain customer contact and constantly monitor business health.
Qualifications
· Successful sales track record with evidence of success over a period of years.
· Demonstrated communication and team skills.
· Excellent writing, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
· Positive, proactive, and able to consistently exercise judgment.
· Lifelong learner who is coachable with constructive feedback.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
