Outside Sales Representative

Corrpac Packaging & Fulfillment

Job Description

Corrpac Packaging and Fulfillment is seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated Sales Account Executive to grow our relationship-based business and deliver excellent customer service. This position will also work closely with our office and delivery teams to ensure positive team and customer outcomes.

Skills and attributes for this position include self-motivation, tenacity, servant leadership within a tight-knit high performance team environment, attention to detail, ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities, and the ability to stay organized and adaptable in a changing environment.

This is a salaried position with a competitive benefits package. Year over year increases in paid time off, IRA employer match, and performance based variable compensation. Starting salary is based on experience.

Preference will be made for the candidate that shows an aptitude for significant interpersonal and organizational skills. Corrpac is focused on growth and individuals that express an interest in procurement, sales, or other key positions will have an opportunity to excel and would have various avenues afforded to them to grow within the company.

Primary Responsibilities

· Be a great team member, work independently and with team members to grow sales.

· Work closely with procurement to identify and source new items for customers.

· Identify new leads and develop relationships.

· Optimize account margin.

· React and support as needed during customer emergencies.

· Maintain customer contact and constantly monitor business health.

Qualifications

· Successful sales track record with evidence of success over a period of years.

· Demonstrated communication and team skills.

· Excellent writing, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.

· Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

· Positive, proactive, and able to consistently exercise judgment.

· Lifelong learner who is coachable with constructive feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
