Job Details

? Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities
Close sales over the phone by probing and acting as a true consultant
Upgrade to larger packages and Upsell to additional Products
Use various CRMs to place orders
Meet monthly KPI’s
Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings

? Outbound Sales requirements and qualifications
Previous working experience in sales, collections, retention, customer service or real estate (preferably 1+ years)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Driven, goal-oriented and self-motivated
Reliable and trustworthy
Flexible with schedules (Rotation is done every few months. Should be available to work on weekends and Holidays)
? Outbound Sales Hours of Operation:
9am to 10pm EST, 7 days a week. Schedule rotation every few months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission
Salary: Base pay + Commission (based on your location)
Weekends Required
? Experience:
Retention/Collections: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Phone Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)
Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
? Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)

Remote – Company based in the UK. Team is based worldwide.
