We are a small, fast-growing company seeking a Full-Time Customer Success Representative (remote, M-F) to join our team!

Candidates are required to have prior remote customer service experience and live in North Carolina.RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to and resolve issues or requests from schools, parents, and vendors via phone, email, and chat in a professional, positive and courteous manner.Document all communication with customers in the ticketing system.Efficiently work tickets in order of priority (urgent, high, medium, then low) according to the documented protocol, using scenario automation and templates whenever possible.Maintain high customer satisfaction, measured by transactional customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey.Investigate issues and recommend solutions to management as necessary regarding technical problems, customer issues, or any area of concern.Keep up-to-date on products, promotions, etc.
that are necessary to provide customers with exceptional customer service.REQUIREMENTSIn order for us to consider your application, you must have or demonstrate the following:3+ years in a customer service environmentExperience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as Google products including Drive, Documents, and SheetsProficient in email etiquette and writing skillsFamiliar with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk)Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlinesEfficient organization and time-management skillsFlexibility to mirror hours that mirror our customer’s needs.Willingness to attend two in-person meetings per month in the Apex, NC areaCall intake per day 40-50
