Motorclothes Sales Associate

Mountain State Harley-Davidson has an immediate opening!

We are searching for a Fun and competitive individual with a flair for fashion and strong customer engagement skills to become a Harley-Davidson Brand Motorclothes Associate.

Great Schedule/Compensation: Part-Time/Full Time seasonal schedule, up to 3-4 days per week and could work into 5 days during the holiday season and the spring/summer months. Hourly Base plus Commission.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, full-service shopping experience to our customers.
• Educate our customers on current fashion trends and new Harley styles.
• Assist with answering the phones ensuring courtesy and timely follow up.
• Accept cash and credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate.
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports, etc).
• Make outbound phone calls inviting our customers to our events or promoting product.
• Set-up and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist customers with their shopping and purchase of merchandise.

Requirements

• Must be: Respectful, Honest, Fun, Energetic, Responsible, Fair and Dependable.
• Must have a passion for people and the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Experience in merchandising and retail sales or demonstrated ability to learn sales process.
• Ability to engage anyone in conversation and build lasting relationships.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude; must understand fashion.
• Ability to stand on your feet, bend, stretch and carry light weight items.

Previous retail sales experience, preferably with Harley-Davidson or with a retail clothing/accessories company and with an excellent track record is required. Please provide references with your resume.

We are closed every Sunday and Monday and open Tuesday thru Saturday.
