JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for another great person with a solutions-orientated mindset to join our national accounts team as a Media Sales Executive.

In this position, you’ll help manage and develop customers for our award-winning and progressive B2B auto industry publications, websites, email newsletters, multimedia, events, and more.

The chosen candidate will oversee a dedicated territory of industry-leading accounts and be responsible for both acquisition of new customers as well as retention of current customers.

Our Media Sales Executives represent all of our award-winning and progressive B2B industry media properties which together reach 300,000 automotive industry professionals in the U.S.

each month.

In particular, the chosen candidate may have the opportunity to work with major key accounts such as 3M, Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, BASF, Bridgestone, Chevron, Goodyear, Michelin, NAPA, O’Reilly Auto Parts, PPG, Shell, Sherwin-Williams and vehicle manufacturers such as BMW, General Motors, Stellantis (Chrysler), Ford Motor Company, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Toyota, and more.

Responsibilities Work with Publisher, Associate Publisher, Editors, Event Planners, and other key stakeholders to develop and sell marketing strategies and solutions for advertisers and sponsors Execute on sales strategies to produce revenue growth while providing world-class customer service Proactively work to maintain customer confidence and ensure expectations are exceeded Build and maintain client and agency relationships through meetings, events, and client entertainment Become an expert in 10 Missions Media’s media assets and educate current and prospective customers Identify opportunity for new sales prospects Report, forecast and meet/exceed revenue goals and client campaign performance Travel as necessary, estimated 5-10% of time (customer meetings, tradeshows, industry events, etc.) The ideal candidate: Has a great attitude (required) Is tenacious, persistent, and hungry (required) Is ambitious, energetic, and passionate about sales (required) Is an analytical and strategic thinker paired with ability to think outside the box’ (required) Has excellent verbal communication skills (required) Is well-versed in phone etiquette and customer service (required) Is computer proficient (required), has experience with Google products (preferred, but not required) Has 3 years of experience in a related (media, advertising, etc.) field (preferred, but not required) Has a background in publishing or the automotive industry (preferred, but not required) Has a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional license (preferred, but not required) Has a strong desire to win’ and grow company revenues as well as personal earnings (required, non negotiable) Compensation and Benefits OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $100,000 (base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses) Hybrid work schedule (combination of in-office and remote) Professional development (performance reviews annually, training opportunities related to your field of development, one-on-ones with managers, growth plan to understand future opportunities, etc.) Employer sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage Competitive, company
