Due to our continued growth, we are looking for individuals who possess effective and confident communication skills with the expertise to generate potential interest for our clients through targeted calling campaigns.

If you have excellent outbound phone and account management skills, as well as solid inside sales or inbound call center experience, we want to talk to you Individuals will also need to possess a strong working knowledge of excel and word, be detail oriented to juggle multiple tasks daily, and quickly be able to learn or adapt to new software and programs.As one of our Calling Agents, you will assist clients in their growth strategies making telephone contact with prospects from a provided list and scripting and either live warm transferring the lead or scheduling appointments.

Using our dialer system and CRM software, agents will present products/services with confidence and expediency while tracking and reporting daily performance.

Agents will also utilize our conversion and email marketing software to create leads as well as work hand and hand with our account management team.
