Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 $50,000.00 per yearJob Role and ResponsibilitiesA sales associate runs the front of our office, focusing on premium customer service as well as meeting sales expectations.

The ideal candidate has great customer service skills and basic sales experience.NOTE: Ability to measure accurately and basic drafting skills is needed.

Knowledge or familiarity in cabinetry is a plus.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide sincere, friendly, and energetic customer serviceAbility to learn quickly and effectivelyAchieve established sales and contest goalsAssist customers with special orders, back-orders, shipping and tracking orderAccurately perform register transactions in sales, returns, and exchangesAbility to read, understand, and interpret blueprintsAbility to interpret customer ideas into realistic plansArticulate deadlines, expectations and needs with vendors, customers, and managersPerform other duties as assigned by managementComply with all company policies and proceduresAbility to handle stressEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma minimumJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service experience requiredQuickbooks experience preferred2020 Design / ProKitchen knowledge preferredSales experience requiredExcellent phone and computer skillsTechnology ProficientMaintain client confidentialityThis is a salary plus commission position.
