Insurance Account Representative

Dan Jimenez has been a State Farm agent for 34 years.

In the office, there is only one other employee who has been with Dan since he started his business.

No customers are currently allowed in the office due to Covid.

This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly) with an hourly compensation based on experience.

Schedule can be flexible/decided upon with Dan but must be willing to work Saturdays from 9-12pm.

Responsibilities: Establish client relationships with State Farm policyholders and follow up as needed Provide prompt, professional and informative customer service Contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest and set appointments with the goal of acquiring new business for State Farm Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and billing clarification Quote and bind new and renewed State Farm policies Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.

State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
