Job Description Provide outstanding customer service to Advance Auto Parts core customer base and assist the outbound sales team with achieving growth objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Assists outbound sales by providing outstanding customer service.
Secures and places orders for processing.
Handles a high volume of inbound sales calls.
Prepares order quotes and processing.
Calls prospective customers to explain service or product offered.

Experience in automotive parts customer service and sales.
Telemarketing and customer service experience.
Uses analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in data entry, including speed and accuracy.
Remains goal oriented with continuous drive to succeed.
Multitasking capability.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write clear and grammatical reports and correspondence Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Proficiency in the use of technology tools used to manage and develop new and existing customers, including but not limited to computer hardware and software, on-line resources, intranet and telephone systems Willingness to continue to evolve and develop personal skills to meet the changing environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of related Sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
