Inside Sales Representative / Talent Acquisition

Axis Recruiting Solutions, LLC is expanding and looking to hire Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing Tucson team!

*** Inside Sales Representative / Talent Acquisition – Recruiting & Staffing Agency (Tucson, AZ) ***
Make a high volume of outbound attempts to reach qualified job seekers via phone, email, and social media communications.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to include: reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens & interviews.
Responsible for all steps associated with the identifications, placement and management of contract employees.

Directly responsible for maintaining high client requirement fill ratio.
Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement employment opportunities.
Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads.

Conduct interviews to build my network of available candidates.
Identify and negotiate appropriate salaries for candidates ranging from entry-level to executive level.
Job Requirements:
Proven work experience in a Sales and/or Call Center Environment; Staffing / Recruiting experience is a PLUS!
Ability to meet goals and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Understanding of Networking, Sourcing, and Negotiating.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional writing ability is a MUST.
High sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
