Company: Aether Industry: Cannabis, Hemp, Kratom Title: Inside Business Development Representative Reports to: Outside Sales Manager Compensation: $60k baseCommissions ($85k-$110k) Location: Atlanta, GA About Aether Aether, LLC manages the marketing and sales divisions of leading distributor of premium product lines tailored to the ever-expanding smoke shop/headshop/dispensary and natural/holistic product retail channels.

Team-orientedcooperative and collaborative Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone and email.
Outbound sales calls.
Generate new business while servicing existing accounts.
Help maintain distributor accounts and help gain new business in new markets.
Adequately update our CRM system as needed.
Occasional national travel for Convention Expos and B2B Trade Shows.
Requirements: 3 years of experience in B2B sales or 5 years of experience in retail.
Thorough understanding of email, word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communications skills.
Knowledge of our products would be ideal.
Training can be provided, but a passion for our industry is a big plus.
Self-confident, energetic, adaptable, results driven, ambitious, reliable, strong phone presence, team player, willing to learn and enjoys helping people.
Goal-oriented team player capable of contributing to the problem-solving process.
