Inside Sales Representative

Description: The Inside Sales Representative will support Concrete Accessories.

They will mainly answer phones, f inding new sales/leads and help customers at the counter.

Some additional responsibilities include Product Knowledge, answering customer questions, creating solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.

Candidates must be comfortable greeting customers and excel in building rapport.

As well as coordinating with internal departments on merchandise.
