Inside Sales Representative

DoubleDutch

This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted December 2, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through subscribed databases and publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, and follow ­up calls.
  • Schedule online demos for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets such as number of qualified opportunities, number of monthly activities, outreach quality, and appointment setting.
  • Manage assigned prospect accounts with leads and develop strong relationships with assigned sales region to help manage projects.
  • Following up on any inbound leads and inquiries on a timely basis.
  • Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year of proven success in a competitive sales environment.
  • We will consider individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of leadership experience in an organization or internship as well.
  • We will also consider involvement in organizations such as athletics, community service, clubs to be relevant for this role.
  • Experience with selling over the phone and cold calling various types of businesses
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and best practices is a STRONG plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
