HFS is a financial technology and full services lead aggregation firm (fintech) in the home improvement space. HFS works with contractors to offer their customers industry-leading loan products that allow the end consumer to purchase home improvement products and services. Our headquarters are in Reisterstown, MD. Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Reisterstown, MD. Remote work allowed after (4-6 months).

With continued growth in 2021, HFS is seeking a strong candidate to work with new and existing contractors, nationwide, to aggregate their consumer leads by onboarding and retaining home improvement contractors. Our unique product offering and ‘no contractor fees, no stage funding’ model will give you the tools to succeed. Successful candidates will have a winning attitude and previous experience. HFS is looking for self-starters that have a drive to be #1 and to join our firm as we have plans for a record setting 2021 and beyond.

You will be responsible for working on carefully curated contractor leads that HFS will provide through our various marketing channels, as well as self-generated contractor lists. The goal is to onboard contractors into the HFS platform and get their customers to use HFS to fund their home improvement projects. All work is performed by phone/text and email from our Reisterstown office or your home.

You will be working directly with home improvement contractors. A strong base and aggressive compensation are provided for this position. The most highly desired candidate will have direct experience in home improvement finance and/or home improvement sales, or consumer finance experience along with multiple years of B2B sales experience.

You must be able to go after, nurture, and close the ‘sale’ with your contractors. A drive to succeed and desire to be the best are strong traits best suited for this position. Bottom line, we are trying to help the contractor make more sales with no added cost or stress to them.

Required:

· A drive in you to be the best at what you do and be compensated for it.

· You have confidence to talk to anyone, take rejection and will fight for every lead.

· You are highly organized and used to working independently.

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Quality Phone Etiquette and Basic Computer skills are a must!

Desired:

· 2+ years B2B sales experience desired but not required; preferably within the home improvement sales / consumer financing space.

· Proof of a strong sales background, outlined by specific/quantifiable past success.

· Experience in Home Improvement or financing

· BA/BS degree preferred.
