LendSure Mortgage Corp is looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to work out of our San Diego, CA, Kennesaw, GA, or Rhode Island locations. Duties and Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Account Executive is responsible for marketing LendSure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers through calling leads and telemarketing channels. In addition, the Inside AE manages established broker relations including broker approvals, education, customer service regarding process, product, and technology.

Duties include:

  • Use company provided and self-generated leads, marketing resources, to make initial contact calls to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers offering LendSure loan products.
  • Coordinate broker / bank approval process, broker – wholesale agreements.
  • Communicate and train with clients on LendSure products, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct video presentations to brokers/ bankers.
  • Meet minimum production goals, tracking and reporting of daily activity using Salesforce CRM.
  • Actively manages the loan pipeline, Provide on-going service support to clients.

Qualifications

  • 1 year mortgage experience, preferably mortgage Account Executive inside or outside sales in Wholesale lending channel.
  • Must be a self-motivated, strong leader with the ability to clearly define and meet established performance metrics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual/presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, communicates, and train on all required company platforms.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
