We would love to have you join our Sales Operations team as the Sales Operations Coordinator NuOrder.

The Sales Operations Coordinator NuOrder will play an important role in supporting our brands and sales teams with projects, reporting, systems and processes that will help improve the company’s sales productivity and effectiveness.

The Sales Ops Team is working on several business initiatives and is looking for an individual that will support the buildout and launch of our new B2B platform, lead our brand protection program, support enhancements to sales reporting, and help improve our sales onboarding experience.

This position will also be involved in developing training tools for our sales teams and improving our customer compliance.

This position will also support several ongoing Sales Ops programs including tracking and improving our customer scorecard results, leading the internal onboarding for complex/National accounts and working with the Sales Ops manager to track progress against several existing reports and sales KPI’s.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work cross functionally within our organization to help remove barriers, build consensus and drive towards results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILI TIES Sales Reporting: Support automation of existing forecast and executive management reporting in DemandWorks & PowerBI.

Partner with Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiencies through helping create and maintain actionable reports.

Assist in business decision making and strategies through creation of accurate and insightful ad hoc reporting.

Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Sales Support, and IT to ensure regular standard report refresh cadences.

Contribute to Sales Operations bench strength in multiple department reporting functions.

NuOrder B2B: Support with continued maintenance of the NuOrder platform.

Monitors the platform with our ERP and product catalog tool, Salsify.

Brand Protection: Manage the Brand protection program for Exxel including: Lead efforts with each brand to clean up their distribution channels, Monitor online marketplaces to identify and prevent abuse of Exxel’s brand and intellectual property, Monitor and enforce our Minimum Advertised Pricing (” MAP”) with retailers.

Enforce our brand protection plan again unauthorized sellers efficiently and cost effectively, Publish and maintain our MAP item lists and our MAP Policy.

Admin: Manage the prioritization and timing of integration projects based on significant factors such as projected revenue, customer readiness, weeks in queue, complexity, migration deadlines, etc., Maintaining our internal Sales Calendar and work with the Sales Ops manager to ensure key deliverables for Sales are on track, Tools training for new Sales employees Misc.

QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrates a high level of diplomacy.

Brand protection experience: MAP, unauthorized sellers, counterfeiting etc.

Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations (US and international) a plus.

Strong Excel and reporting skills PowerBI and/or Jet Reporting skills a plus 1-2 years working in a customer facing role.

1-2 years’ experience working in a cross-functional role Project management experience Creative problem solver Prior experience working with retailers/e-tail in a hard goods role Experience creating and interpreting sales metrics and reports.

Strong work ethic; hands-on, detail oriented with a customer service mentality.

Strong organizational Skills.

Experience using and/or launching a B2B platform and/or experience working with Salsify/NuOrder a plus Strong product knowledge.

Basic understanding Customer P& L’s Desirable.

Prior experience with Microsoft Nav/Business Central a plus.
