The client is targeting sales professionals, with experience influencing multifamily property owners. This is a true business development role that will deliver green upgrades to various housing properties in the area. This position might be a fit if you have experience selling to a network of multifamily property owners and you enjoy building a territory.A typical day might include these activities:Networking with, and prospecting of professionals involved with or connected to the Multifamily housing industry to develop a sales pipelinePerforming on-site assessments of Multifamily propertiesWorking collaboratively with Engineers & Construction Team to develop green retrofit proposals based on your site assessmentsPresenting retrofit proposals (Scopes of Work, Contracts) to customersQualifications:You have a current network of multifamily property owners to leverage5+ years of experience in sales or business development servicing or selling to multifamily property ownersPrevious work experience in the affordable housing sector, including: property management, real estate, or a related fieldExcellent oral and written communication skills, including proposal writing
