The New Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and conducting the first round interviews for our next brightest and best.

Responsibilities:
- Full Life Cycle Recruiting/Staffing responsibility
- Source prospective candidates
- Review applicant resumes
- Phone screen candidates
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Conduct/Facilitate in-person interviews
- Contact references
- Maintain relationship with candidate throughout hiring process
- Check in with new hires before start date and throughout the on-boarding process
- Develop job postings and interview questions in collaboration with human resources, operations, business development and technical teams
- Work closely with program management, business development, and technical teams to gather and understand position requirements and necessary technical skills to fill open and future positions
- Responsible for talent acquisition team’s understanding of position requirements and desired technical skills for open positions
provide recommendations on improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and potential candidates
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research, coordinate, and attend recruitment events
- Negotiate contract rates with staffing agencies and consultants (as needed)
- Perform other tasks as requested by management
