We are bringing on an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new client revenue, helping to expand our market reach and penetrate current markets.
The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for conducting discovery to uncover prospect pain points, priorities, and goals to effectively sell; present dynamic demos; and manage pipeline while nurturing prospects to close with an eye to efficient sales cycles.This is a high-energy, client-facing sales role requiring industry expertise and proven sales prowess.
What You’ll Achieve:
Demo Slate solution to qualified leads and take them down the sales funnel all the way to close
Become an expert in communicating Slates value proposition to different types of organizations with the goal of converting them into loyal customers
You will map out client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers
You will help generate your own sales pipeline by doing some targeted outbound, networking, leveraging your mutual connections, and finding other creative ways to book your own meetings
You will partner with the sales leadership team and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth
You will create and present solutions that meet the unique needs of each prospective client
Meet quarterly ARR goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
You will develop strong relationships with prospects to enable open communication and support between clients and Slate
You will gather and share prospect feedback internally to inform Slates product roadmap and better align feature launches with market trends
You will track and accurately forecast revenue to our executive team, making Salesforce hygiene a top priority
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology, industry trends, and competition
Become an expert in enterprise social media & content creation, learn how to speak the language of our core customers, identify their pain points, and make compelling & relevant outreach to get them interested in learning more.
Requirements
4+ years of strategic sales experience ideally in the enterprise SaaS space
A proven track record of exceeding goals in an Enterprise organization
Authenticity and ability to develop rapport quickly
Ability to communicate articulately while maintaining high attention to detail: from in-person to * phone calls, to emails
High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
Highly organized and can handle multiple prospects with ease
Entrepreneurship: a self-starter who has a high sense of urgency and can work within undefined processes
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Experience with Outreach.io a plus
