Ennovativ Infrastructure offerings offer best performance and value in the industry.Responsibilities:As an Inside Sales Support Representative you will be responsible for selling Ennovativ product offerings, generating leads in your territory.

Uncovering new sales opportunities and moving them through the pipeline and providing product specific information to prospective customers and outside sales team.Qualify new leads and setup appointments for outside sales teams.Build and manage pipeline in CRM.Coordinate and arrange Customer Events and Training Sessions.Ability to Demonstrate the full range of Ennovativ products and solutionsQualify and distribute Ennovativ sales leads as required to outside sales team.Assist with marketing initiatives to drive Ennovativ brand recognition.Follow-up on all activities, events and tradeshows.Prepare responses to RFI, RFPs and RFQs.Manage and respond to customer sales inquiriesMaintain regular contact with Ennovativ partners to ensure all sales tools are utilizedQualifications:A sound understanding of inside sales processes and associated best practices within the Managed Services industryProven track record and the ability to achieve challenging sales objectives3+ years of relevant work experience in a channel sales, sales support, or inside sales role working with medium-sized enterprises and complex account environments.Excellent communication, listening and customer service skillsExperience working with third parties or service providers a plusAbility to gather and analyze business results and understand the factors that impact successful performanceKnowledge and experience with Telecom industry a plusMust be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with minimal supervisionResults-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethicBS/BA degree or equivalent work experienceBenefits we offer:A comprehensive fully tailored sales training programUncapped CommissionsCareer advancement through internal promotions
