The Customer Experience & Support role at Sobieski is a multifaceted opportunity involving both inbound and outbound calls with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through providing exceptional service and support to our existing client-base. We are looking for customer focused professionals eager to take their skills to the next level. This position has a defined career track with the potential for advancement into inside-sales, dispatch, in-home sales and management opportunities. Responsibilities: Handle Inbound Customer Calls and deliver solutions by scheduling Technician in-home visits Provide general information about our Products and Services Outbound Calls to schedule services and follow-up with customers Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: 1 years experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred but not required Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills H.S. diploma or GED required – College degree preferred Basic computer skills required Company Description Sobieski Services Inc., a division of J.
