Customer Care Representative

Window Nation is searching for a Customer Care Representative to ensure the best quality experience for every customer that wants to begin their purchasing journey. You will lead our homeowners through a scripted journey that will leave them excited to have scheduled an appointment with the 5th largest home remodeling company in the country. You will experience our week-long training that will have you setting leads like you’ve done it for years. Your competitive spirit to be the best and drive for customer excellence will have customers calling back asking only to speak with only you to help settle with any concerns.  

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS 

• Respond to a high volume of inbound Customer Service calls
• Exercise judgment and make timely decisions to promote smooth workflow
• Ensure maximum productivity by managing your call metrics
• Enter data in our system with the highest level of accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-3 in a food service or customer service-oriented field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
