ABOUT THE JOB: We are looking for a top notch Customer Care Representative to provide service to home buyers at one of the most prominent home building companies in Central California!
The Ideal candidate will have an understanding of how to troubleshoot product direct owned home warranties for the customer, provide order management and assist with other products and services.
Candidates should possess the ability to build rapport with customers to assess needs and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to secure a satisfactory outcome to any issues and exceed customer expectations.
Detail orientation and accuracy is a must for this fast-paced position.

• 3-5 years of industry experience and customer service is preferred.

Professional communication skills and strong phone experience.
• Strong data entry skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office products: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Real Estate knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Problem solver a must!
Skills in time management, prioritization and sense of urgency.
Compensation: $65K
Location: Merced, CA
Required Years of Customer Service Experience (Any Industry or Environment): 3 years
Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel
Phone Skills and People Skills: 3 Years of Experience helping customers in person and/or over the phone
