Counter Sales Representative

Job Description Jackson Group Peterbilt is a well-established Peterbilt dealership with 26 locations in 7 different states. We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. We offer exceptional compensation and benefits, 401K, training, insurance, PTO, and opportunity for advancements, uniforms are provided. Pay will be dependent upon experience. Opportunities for growth ESSENTIAL, DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers who either visit the dealership or call by maintaining familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs; parts inventory and ordering systems; utilized and maintain parts technical resources with the most current information; and dealership credit policies. Acknowledge customers as soon as possible. Provide a good image to customers. Make outgoing phone calls to customers, to keep good customer relations. Look up parts in CDK Automotive DMS computer system. New product knowledge. Attend training classes. General Mechanical aptitude. Familiar with automotive/truck components.
