We pay 3% (after meeting the qualifying period) of a workers annual compensation into a 401k at no expense to the employee. We have Long term Managers with six figure 401k free money. We generally pay about 2 – 8 hours of overtime at time and half consistently every week if an employee is meeting their expectations. (The average employee will make 4,000 / yr. in Overtime income). Just these three things are about 6k more per year which is like adding 2.88 / hour.Not to mention we offer Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision and we are paying about 65% of the cost for each employee.Raises come quickly.
