Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive Customer Interaction

· Telephone Calls, Personal Visits
Know our Customers

· Their actual story, not just the account statistics
Have a great sense of urgency

· Getting involved early when a customer is delinquent gives us the best opportunity to solve their issue before it’s too late
Routinely do standard math to help understand how we can help a customer get back on track
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Experience in customer service
Be able to perform the essential math duties required to help resolve customer financial issues
Advancement Opportunities: Associates in the area of collections are measured on a quarterly basis within their respective regions as well as measured along with the entire company’s workforce.

Associates who are consistently in the top 20% of Account Representatives company wide will be shared with our internal recruiting group looking for management or to fill new roles as our company grows.

Compensation:

New Account Representatives start at $13.75 per hour.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
