Maintain financial model, forecasting, and budgeting for 12 departments across 2 companies?

Establish and evaluate profit plans for 12 departments across 2 companies?

Review purchase requests for compliance with department and company budgets?

Help identify and define manufacturing and inventory KPIs and metrics and work with operations personnel to get data and produce?

Analyze current and past financial data and performance?

Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis?

Evaluate current capital expenditures and depreciation?

Analyze investment or growth opportunities presented to them and provide feedback for decision-making.?

Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement?

Coordinate with Accounting Supervisor to review financial information and forecasts?

Provide financial models and forecasting?

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end bookkeeping processes across 2 companies?

Support quarter-end and year-end physical audit processes ?

Support accounting department with backlog tasks as needed?

Partake in investor relations and reporting including board decks and investor updates.?

Research and coordinate areas of improvement for routine weekly and monthly financial reports to various teams.?

Track and report detailed weekly actuals and perform variance analysis against consolidated budget/forecast.?

Assist in keeping all financial models updated with current actuals.?

Assist in formulating budgets for each department and consolidating budgets for all operations.?

Minimum 4 years college education; coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics a plus.?

3-5 years?

work experience in accounting and/or finance planning; bookkeeping experience a plus.?

Expert in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Familiarity with other data systems a plus.?

Ability to distill, articulate and communicate complex data in a clear way that can drive business decisions.?
