Client Relations Representative

Solution Based Management is a team of activists passionate about giving back to our community. Our team puts their creativity and devotion to the test every day by creating new and innovative ways of expanding our charity partner’s impact. We immediately need a Client Relations Representative to assist with both our new and existing nonprofit clients. The Client Relations Representative will assist with creating forward-thinking fundraising initiatives that increase community donations for the charity organizations we partner with.Client Relations Representative Responsibilities:Communicating with clients and potential donors during fundraising eventsCreating maximum exposure in order to generate increased revenue for our charity partnersLearn all marketing strategies and attend educational training for professional growthAttend daily meetings to learn about client requirements and brainstorm ways of improving campaign resultsMaintain up to date knowledge on our charity partners and follow up with potential donorsReview and resolve any client concerns in a timely mannerWork with cross-functional teams to address our charity clients requests and inquiriesClient Relations Representative Requirements:A background in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required1-3 years of experience in a client-facing roleA strong desire to work in a hands-on role focused on giving back to the communityAbility to attend in-person meetings and training at our officeMust be comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groupsComfortable working individually and as part of a teamSolution-oriented and willing to help fellow team membersPowered by JazzHRfHO7qPxS5ZSDL2017
