Client Relations Representative

GC Group is looking for 3-4 Client Relations Representatives to join our team here in Milwaukee.

The ideal candidate is great with people and is a problem-solver.

In this role, you will work with our sales team to meet customers and clients.

Client Relations Representative Duties:
Work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs

Utilize the #1 CRM in the world

Work directly with upper management on training and development

Meet monthly sales quotas
Client Relations Representative Requirements:
College degree is preferred

This is an entry level position, so any “beginner” experience is a plus

Track record of meeting or exceeding goals

Strong interpersonal skills and active listening

Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
