Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve claims in multiple jurisdictions and in accordance with Best Practices.

Positions are specialized by line of business (WC, GL, Auto or Property).

Provide quality claim handling and superior customer service on assigned claims, while engaging in indemnity & expense management.

Promptly manage claims by completing essential functions including contacts, investigation, damages development, evaluation, reserving, and disposition.

Position routinely handles claims involving coverage issues.

Qualifications: 2-10 years of experience in a claims-handling position is preferred.

Proven ability to identify and address coverage issues, complete investigations to determine exposure, set timely reserves, and develop detailed action plans.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of tort and contract law.

Computer proficiency.

4 Year College Degree or equivalent work experience.
