Channel Development Representative I

Position:Channel Development Representative IJob Description:The CDR Renewal Specialist is responsible for helping partners achieve renewal sales objectives and productivity requirements and other key performance indicators as determined by the supplier.

They will own, drive and lead the renewal business with the partner.

They will provide proactive renewal visibility, drive renewal readiness and strategy and help mitigate risk.What you will be doing* Identify and manage the partners ATR pipeline* Help partners engage renewal customers earlier.* Help partners determine the customer’s value perception.* Consolidate clients existing multi-year renewals.* Promote multi-year renewals.* Conduct consistent status cadence.* Engage and partner with Micro Focus renewal and product teams as needed.

Identify and track trends that are causing customers to not renew (report to Micro Focus executives).* Provide necessary forecasting.* Confirm quotes have been processed and delivered.What Are We Looking For?* Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.* Ability to be organized and results/tasks oriented* Proficient with Microsoft Office* Experience utilizing SalesforceWhat’s In It for You?At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
