Job Responsibilities:
Prospect, cold call and develop new, exciting business relationships and to recruit new clients to the Salsa Community Schedule and coordinate product demos with clients and Salsa’s Sales Team Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales management Update and track client data and communications in Salesforce CRM and report on activities and prospecting efforts Provide administrative support to Sales Team for product demos and help manage inbound and outbound business development efforts Coordinate with Salsa’s Marketing Team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales prospecting and outreach efforts.

Continuously educate yourself on the latest digital fundraising and advocacy best practices in the nonprofit space Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:
Driven sales performers with a demonstrated capacity to meet/exceed goals Self starter who isn’t afraid to make outbound calls and is tenacious and competitive at cultivating sales leads At least 6 months experience making outbound calls, fundraising, door-to-door sales, or any relevant sales experience with cold outreach Exceptional online research skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills College degree or equivalent working experience Experience fundraising for a non-profit (this is a bonus)
