Bilingual Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers about their financial and personal objectives
• Identify customer credit needs to provide appropriate loan solutions and product offering
• Follow up on company provided leads and set appointments
• Generate referrals or new leads when needed to meet personal and company sales objectives
• Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work with customers and branch finance team through the entire lending cycle

Hours for Bilingual Sales Associate:

• 5-day work week schedule
• No Sundays
• Work most Saturdays with a day off during the week
• Location hours: 10-7 M-F, SAT 9-3

Bilingual Sales Associate Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Sales experience that involved commission, incentive, goals or related pay for performance
• Business development, prospecting, lead generation experience preferred
• The ability to work some early evening and Saturday hours
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (Preferred)
