The Best Service Representative College Co-Op will get exposure to multiple branches of the company such as brands, marketing, customer service, parts support, and technical assistance.

This college co-op will be responsible for administering specific Product Improvement Programs, help with data collection and forming reports for upper level management as well as leading program update meetings Read more about day to day responsibilities below Assist in facilitating warranty programs Verify unit eligibility Maintain excel data spreadsheets Distribute detailed progress reports Contact authorized dealers using written and verbal methods to accurately validate equipment information Work directly with the field team to convey pertinent status updates and revisionary information Interact with inter-company contacts to assist with complex issues and product availability This position will pay between $17.07-$22.89/hour Pursuing a degree in business management or related degree area Be able to work part-time during the school year (10-20 hours/week) and full time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week) Live within a commutable distance of our Racine, WI office to be able to work in-office when needed Ability to work remotely Have reliable transportation to get you to and from the facility Perks of being a CNH Industrial Intern/College Co-op We’re excited that youre considering an Internship or College Co-op with CNH Industrial CNH Industrial provides our Interns and Co-ops with experiences that will help develop them into well-rounded professionals.
