Avalon Honda is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as sales consultants.

Sales consultants are full-time, year round positions eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid vacation.

Part-time candidates may be considered.We have been a fixture in Cape May County for over 35 years and are part of a dealer group that has been operating in South Jersey for 50 years.

We are a family oriented company and many of our employees have been with us for decades.

Often successful associates have previously run their own business or have been in industries such as real estate or entry level sales positions.

However, the primary requirements are:Positive attitudeStrong work ethicHunger for successComfort working with people on what is generally the largest or second largest financial transaction they may make.Responsibilities include:Evaluating needsIdentifying the right vehicleDemonstrating vehiclesManaging the sales process.The right person for this job should be very comfortable performing substantial customer follow up via phone, text message, and email as per the procedures outlined by management.Associates degree or higher is preferred but not required.

Must be authorized to work in the US.
