**Key Program Elements:** The goal of the program is to provide an opportunity to develop the next generation of leaders by providing;
– Exposure to senior leaders and mentoring opportunities throughout the program term

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with an interest in marketing or sales
– Must be available for full time employment by May 2022
– Assignments based in Midtown and Alpharetta, GA
– Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills to keep workflow consistent and stable
– Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
– Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; high energy, self-motivated, and able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
– Excellent leadership, teamwork and service skills
