We provide high-value professional services focused on optimizing energy-consuming systems, asset planning, workflow optimization, risk mitigation, occupant health, and technology integration.McKinstry has a unique perspective on the building lifecycle andourTechnical Servicessuite of owner-direct offeringshelpsour clients make optimal decisions that improve the value, efficiency, comfort, and lifespan of buildings and portfolios.Here’s where you come in:We are currently seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our team as a member of our growing Technical Services Western Washington division.As an Associate Account Executive, your main areas of focus will be lead generation and proposal development, market outreach and conditioning, marketing, and sales operations support.The purpose of this position is for an individual to join McKinstry, learn Technical Services offerings, and support our sales efforts. This individual will have the opportunity to be mentored by a high-performing business development team and grow their sales career while interacting with all McKinstry business units and a diverse array of clients in the building sector.We are looking for someone with the drive and initiative to grow into a key salesperson on our Technical Services team. We expect this individual to possess strong communications and problem-solving skills and to be results-oriented, consultative and collaborative.What we would like to see from you:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, sales, or equivalent experience.Experience or education in marketing, communications, project management, engineering or related role, preferably in the construction field or other professional services industry.Advanced business writing and editing skills with a proven ability to write copy suitable for proposals.Self-motivated, accountable, and disciplined.The McKinstry group of companies are equal opportunity employers.
