Think on all that, too.HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DOKey Responsibilities:+ Working as liaison between clients, internal teams and other agencies on client-owned marketing channels+ Support Account Executives with all operational aspects of the communication and ticketing channels along with weekly, mid-year and annual reporting+ Support Account Executives with securing legal approvals for all marketing assets+ Editing and formatting copy, ensuring all information is 100% correct (descriptions, event dates, purchase links, etc.)+ Producing weekly Entertainment Access email newsletter+ Scheduling and deploying targeted Alert emails+ Submitting Entertainment Hub website assets+ Creating and posting to official social media accounts+ QA previews, checking fulfillment of events and ensuring all are following the client’s legal standards+ Generating reporting (subscriber reports, scorecards, etc.) weekly, monthly and annually+ Working with outside vendors on technical and creative updates and new initiatives+ Attending and taking notes at clients meetings and conference calls+ Monitoring industry trends and innovations; leveraging new technology to optimize channels+ Providing general support (project and administrative) to business leadership team+ Assisting with research, proposal development and job execution+ Developing understanding of clients’ business+ Supporting Momentum’s valuesHERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)+ Bachelor’s degree+ Minimum of 1 year business experience with client/partnership management+ Strong computer skills – MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)+ Solid communication skills – written and verbal+ Detail-oriented, pro-active Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful+ Strong passion for the Arts, Theater, Broadway and Music and Entertainment+ Experience in digital/virtual and/or experiential marketing is a plus+ Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business+ Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team+ Demonstrates understanding of branding and brand value+ Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills+ Marketing related internship preferred+ Previous agency experience preferred+ Ability to think broadly as a marketer to pivot across multiple channels and platformsAt Momentum Worldwide, we value diversity and the uniqueness of all people.
