Manages book of business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage; * Service accounts and provides claims assistance as needed; * Complete applications, obtains quotes, negotiates premiums and commissions, prepares proposals and presentations; * Assist in Mergers& Acquisitions (M&A) insurance due diligence activities for existing clients, including collection of insurance information, summary of data and review of contractual documents as it relates to insurance; * Bind coverage, prepares binders and delegates certificates; * Review coverage, identifies deficiencies and determines appropriate level of coverage; * Meet with clientsas needed or directed by producer; * Participate in the claims process as directed by management, including claim submission, follow-up and overall communication; * Review accountinghistory, responds to accounting inquiries, corrects discrepancies and contacts client on receivable collections; * Serve as technical expert, assisting department members to resolve complex issues; * Responsible for the collection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing date; * Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); * Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEBachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceFour (4) or more years?
