We are looking for Administrative Representatives to join our team.As an Administrative Representative, you will be responsible for providing high quality telephone service to members of a healthcare company.What You’ll Do
· Answer phone calls to assist with obtaining medical services
· Schedule appointments for members
· Understand member’s needs and transfer them to correct department as needed
· Ensure patients understand policies and are prepared for upcoming procedures and appointments
· Be an advocate
