We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join a Fast Growing, Top-Quality, Privately Owned, Established and Energetic Marketing Firm as an Account Executive (internally called Brand Managers). Our Brand Managers pair with an Outside Account Representative to provide vital strategic recommendations to clients.

Ideal candidates would have some experience managing a client base or served in an internal sales role in one of their previous positions. This role requires strong consulting skills as well as a good attention to detail/organizational skills. Being highly rewarding, both financially as well as personally the role of Brand Manager is someone who enjoys a challenge and some competition.

Examples of essential job functions include:

– Interacting with clients over the phone

– Interacting with company wide colleagues such as sales, scheduling and support staff

– Assisting in and supporting the sales process from inception to end

– Database support and management

Qualifications we look for include:

– Excellent attention to detail

– Strong organizational skills

– Ability to multitask

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone

– Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Forms and Google Calendar

– Excellent customer service

– 1-2 years’ experience in an office and/or professional setting

– Previous customer service experience is a plus

– Bachelor’s degree preferred
