We are seeking an Account Executive, Growth is responsible for developing customer relationships.
This includes educating institutional leaders about the EVERFI’s solution and product offerings, and aligning the solution to their critical needs and challenges.
The Account Executive is responsible for direct client contact with new prospective clients and achieving assigned revenue quota attainment.
Responsibilities:
Develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently cover the accounts within assigned territoryMaster the EVERFI solutions and competitive differentiation in specific business lineMeet and exceed new sales goals in an assigned set of accountsManage entire pipeline and ensure all revenue-process activities are performed to meet pipeline objectivesPrioritize target accounts in assigned territory for quota attainmentAccurately forecast pipeline for in month and in quarter quota attainmentRequest support from EVERFIs leadership team and subject matter experts as needed to support sales and partnership opportunitiesContinuously prospect and ensure that new prospects are being added to the pipelineProvide professional and helpful transitions to Account Management team to ensure successful partnershipsManage prospects needs analysis and identify accurate proposal options including pricingPartner with Sales Development Representatives to prospect and identify strong opportunities in assigned territory and conduct proactive outreachMaintain knowledge on new solutions and updated value propositionsContinually keep opportunities and account records up to date in our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basisOther job-related duties as assigned
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceA minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales roles, including 2+ years of selling experience in Account Executive, Customer Success or a client facing roleExperience navigating $20-40K+ ACV (Average Contract Value) dealsProven track record of exceeding sales goalsAbility to lead sales process at the C-levelStrong written and oral presentations skillsAbility to conduct proactive outreach to assigned territoryStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to travel 20% of the time
