This individual will work with the Ford C&I- Courtesy Transportation Program Team, in support of business development and maintenance in an ongoing effort to maintain client relationships, assisting in identifying and building new opportunities with new or existing clients.OVERALL ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Account Support of FCTP (Ford Courtesy Transportation) and LCTP (Lincoln Courtesy Transportation)* Assist in maintenance and growth of positive and productive relationships with external clients* Has ability to act as the day-to-day contact for clients primarily junior to mid-level in an ongoing basis and backup contact for key clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business* Effectively collaborate with internal departments and project teams to ensure efficient delivery of scoped project.* Consult and develop clear understanding of client’s requests and clearly articulate the ask to the internal teams setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables* Support delivery of compelling decks that are in a client-ready state with input from applicable departments* Demonstrable passion for the clients’ business – continual effort to the understanding of the economics behind it, the customer and competitive insights that go into it, and the marketing strategy / channels that drive it* Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant change* Has a passion for best practice trends and innovations* Supports account management for sustaining and renewing client contracts* Participation in proposal development and managing proposals within budget* Supports reporting on sales activities and assists in creation of sales quotations for customers* Familiarity with marketing services concepts, practices, and procedures* Performs a variety of tasks.
