Position Summary
JuraLaw® offers the most technologically advanced nationwide web-based legal calendar management system.
It protects law firms from missed court dates and deadlines, the single most common cause of legal malpractice claims.
As a JuraLaw Account Executive, you will fill a key hunter role in acquiring new customers and bringing the JuraLaw brand to new and existing markets.
You will manage the sales process from discovery to close, leveraging JuraLaws technology and your relationship building, and value based selling expertise.
Responsibilities
Actively manage pipeline through creative and consistent sales prospecting and lead generation Manage prospects from lead to close in your assigned territory.
Exceed minimum weekly and monthly sales metrics including email, call, meetings set, and contracts delivered thresholds.
Meet minimum sales quota threshold on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for satisfactory job performance.
Clearly articulate and demonstrate the JuraLaw value proposition.
Work closely with marketing to design and execute prospect outreach campaigns.
Develop lasting relationships with customers with an eye on satisfaction, renewal, and expansion.
Represent JuraLaw at trade shows, exhibits, meetings, conferences, seminars, and other demonstrations/presentations.
Be a collaborative and dedicated sales team member.
Provide feedback from customers to enhance product development
Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience in a consultative and value-based sales process within a highly competitive market Bachelor’s degree Experience selling SAAS and cloud based products.
Demonstrated experience managing a long sales cycle and closing business.
Comfortable leading technical demos Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Proficient in MSOffice suite, especially Excel, with an ability to quickly learn new technology resources.
Excellent negotiation and email communication skills Experience with using a CRM system; Salesforce experience preferred.
