Job Description Wireless Solutions Specialist We are seeking outgoing, self-motivated Wireless Solutions Specialist in our Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer outlets to provide excellent care and support to our customers. While this role focuses primarily on sales and exceeding performance goals, the Wireless Consultant will also concentrate on service, ensuring that each customer is listened to, respected, and ultimately satisfied You will also have several operational responsibilities which require good time-management and organizational skills. This role is truly that of a consultant, as you will be offering service support as well as technical assistance, as needed. Additional responsibilities for the Wireless Solutions Specialist include: Keeping the store clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is fully stocked Assisting with returns, exchanges, etc. Managing the cash drawer Following up with customers through the use of thank you cards, phone calls, etc. in order to ensure satisfaction Remaining flexible in your schedule in order to work with other stores in the local area as needed Performing inventory counts Assisting in other tasks as assigned Job Requirements As a Wireless Solutions Specialist for Wireless Zone, you must be personable, self-motivated and aggressively driven to succeed, with a commitment to create the best possible experience for our customers. This will require that you display a positive and enthusiastic personality as well as staying abreast of new technological developments in the industry. Important skills include excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and organization. You must also be computer literate, understanding how to run Windows applications, navigate the internet and efficiently use Office programs. POS System experience is a plus. Successful Wireless Solutions Specialists have previously worked in a variety of customer service positions including electronics, restaurants, clothing, gym memberships, rental cars, furniture, insurance, and wireless products. Additional requirements of the Wireless Solution Specialist include: High School diploma; some college experience, preferred Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Desired Qualifications: 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
