We are located in the heart of the Valley, Camelback Toyota has a reputation for providing above and beyond customer service that keeps our customers all over the valley coming back year after year!In the past two years alone, Camelback Toyota has been the recipient of many major honors, including the President’s Cabinet award, the Board of Governors award and the Pinnacle of Excellence award in car sales and service!RESPONSIBILITIES· Promptly greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner and determine specifics of vehicle desired· Build rapport and common ground with customers· Be committed to guaranteeing satisfaction to all customers, realizing that business is built on customer satisfaction· Be pro-active in learning all Toyota products to guarantee your success in providing a “world-renowned” product presentation and demonstration· Be aware of the competition’s products and marketing strategies. Work every deal using the 12 Steps to Successful Selling.
