Job Responsibilities:

• Continue to build our customer loyalty and grow our existing customer base.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Processing customer transactions and auditing cash receipts.
• Achieve sales goals set by management.
• Demonstrate products and show customers how to maximize features.
• Actively partner with team members to maximize team goals.
• Proactively follow up with customer service by calling customers.
• Attend trainings and meeting to better understand our retail store operations and keep up with company, market, and industry trends.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Requirements:

• Organizational skills and solid leadership qualities are a must.
• Physical Requirements: 0-50 lbs., lifting, bending, standing.
• Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications e.g. Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability to work varied hours/days as needs of the business.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Bilingual is a plus
