Retail Merchandiser – Full Time – $500 Bonus after 90 days

The Retail Merchandiser role provides merchandising coverage to achieve superior in-store results for an assigned retail territory. Point of sale interaction is required and the ability to impact sales positively. Personal vehicle required – Day Shift (8 am to 5 pm) – No Weekends

Responsibilities

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

Work Experience Requirements:

• One-year experience in dealing with the public at the retail sales level preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Lift up to 30 pounds

• Have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a car for extended periods of time

• Occasional weekend work (demos and food shows), along with holidays and potential nights (Night and holiday work will be pre-defined by position)

• Willing and able to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores)

• Good vision and be able to operate a calculator, telephone, copier, hand truck, hammer, and screwdriver and case cutter

• Stand and/or walk for long periods of time

• Comfortably interact with the public

• Professional appearance & demeanor

• Familiar with Excel and Word

• Excellent verbal communication skills
